An embodiment of the present invention relates to an inorganic fiber composition using a recycled material and including 35.0 to 45.0 wt% of SiO_2, 10.0 to 20.0 wt% of Al_2O_3, 0.1 to 10.0 wt% of Fe_2O_3, 20.0 to 40.0 wt% of CaO, 4.0 to 8.0 wt% of MgO, and 8.0 to 15.0 wt% of MnO, an inorganic fiber formed of the same, an inorganic thermal insulation material including the inorganic fiber, and a method for manufacturing the same. The inorganic fiber insulation material according to the present invention exhibits both excellent fire resistance performance, which is an advantage of mineral wool, and insulation performance, which is an advantage of glass wool, has improved strength to prevent damage to the insulation material from an external impact, and is usefully used as a high-performance external ceramic insulation material.
