A technical problem to be solved by a technical idea of the present invention is to provide a lens barrel assembly, an optical device, and a manufacturing method which have improved reliability. The optical device according to some embodiments includes: a barrel extending in one direction; an internal optical system composed of a plurality of lenses disposed in the barrel; and a compensation alignment lens disposed at an end unit on the one direction of the barrel. The internal optical system may have a first optical axis oblique to the one direction. The compensation alignment lens may have a second optical axis obliquely in the direction opposite to the first optical axis with respect to the one direction.
