The present invention relates to an indoor air quality improvement system, and more specifically, to an indoor air quality improvement system based on the IoT and a cloud, which can control a device to improve indoor air based on data regarding an indoor air quality and an outdoor air quality by means of the IoT and a cloud. To this end, the present invention comprises: a sensor module which is installed on the indoors to transmit indoor air quality detection information and human body detection information to a cloud server by using the IoT; the cloud server which receives the detection information provided by the sensor module and outdoor air quality information from a weather server providing weather information in order to transmit a ventilation control command or an indoor purification control command to an IoT device installed on the indoors, and transmits the indoor air quality detection information to a designated user smartphone; and the IoT device which is operated by the control command transmitted from the cloud server by means of the IoT in order to perform ventilation or indoor purification. Here, when the human body detection information is inputted by the sensor module in an indoor purification mode and the indoor air quality information exceeds a predetermined range of air quality, the cloud server transmits a control command such that the IoT device may be operated to the greatest extent, while transmitting a control command for performing a ventilation mode to the IoT device when the indoor air quality is inferior to the outdoor air quality in a state in which the human body detection information is inputted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
