Provided is a method of automatically constructing an integrated data exchange model by performing data modeling for linking distributed open platform communication unified architecture (OPC UA) servers by using an automationML standard language, and utilizing a modeled automationML file in configuration of an information model of the OPC UA servers based on automationML, which is to be created to collect the distributed OPC UA servers. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an industrial process apparatus system includes: a plurality of process apparatuses for producing a product; a plurality of servers for collecting data generated in the process apparatuses, respectively, so as to generate an automationML file; and a client connected to the servers to acquire the data with reference to the automationML file.
