The present invention relates to a user authentication method using a blockchain-based quantum entropy source to reinforce security. According to the present invention, the user authentication method comprises a user registration step and a user authentication step. The user registration method comprises the following steps of: allowing a user terminal to operate an agency application and inputting user information to request registration, wherein the user inputs an email ID and a mobile one-time password (MOTP); allowing the user terminal to transmit a quantum random number email ID and a hash value of an agency UUID to an agency authentication server and allowing the agency authentication server to check whether the hash value of the email ID is registered and request an authentication server to request a new agency UUID registration to the authentication server; allowing the authentication server to generate a quantum random number to generate agency ECDSA private and public keys and generate and transmit a quantum random number agency certificate to the user terminal; allowing the authentication server to generate and transmit the quantum random number to the user terminal when the user terminal operates an authentication application to request the quantum random number to the authentication server; and allowing the user terminal to generate personal ECDSA private and public keys to generate a quantum random number user certificate and receive a pattern from the user to generate a session with the quantum random number.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
