The present invention relates to a lattice-type fiber textile including a second reinforcing fiber orthogonally combined with a first reinforcing fiber, and more particularly, to a fiber textile for structure seismic reinforcement in which a plurality of arrangement yarns are arranged to cross each other in warp and weft directions to support first and second reinforcement fibers, and the arrangement yarns are polyester air textured yarns, and to a structure seismic reinforcement method using the same. According to the present invention, a filament size of fiber and weaving density included in warp and weft directions of a fiber textile are identically woven to identically design the tensile strength, elongation and tensile strain in two directions. Therefore, impact load of external impact such as seismic waves can be uniformly distributed when the fiber textile is inserted and reinforced inside concrete of a building structure, and the tensile strength, elongation and tensile strain are improved.
