The present invention relates to a blind detection system for a 5G communication-based PDCCH and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a detection method using a blind detection system for a 5G communication-based PDCCH comprises the steps of: allowing a transmission end to generate a 24 bit CRC parity according to PDCCH data and a CRC key value so as to insert and couple each generated bit into the PDCCH data; allowing the transmission end to perform an exclusive logical sum (XOR) operation for the 24 bit CRC parity coupled to the PDCCH data and an RNTI value of a user terminal; allowing the transmission end to transmit header information of the PDCCH data including the 24 bit CRC parity and the 16 bit RNTI value; allowing a receiving end to receive and decode the header information to detect a portion of the CRC parity inserted into the header information; allowing the receiving end to compare a 8 bit CRC parity with a predefined value and obtain DCI data according to the comparison resu and allowing the receiving end to extract a final RNTI value by using the obtained DCI data, and finish the blind detection of the PDCCH. The present invention, in the case that the RNTI value of the user terminal and the number of user terminals are not determined under the 5G communication environment, determines whether the RNTI value is reliable to ensure accuracy in the blind detection of the PDCCH.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
