The present invention relates to a water tank for obtaining forest fire extinguishing firefighting water and, more specifically, to a firefighting water tank with a guidance device for a forest fire extinguishing helicopter, which can sufficiently obtain firefighting water for extinguishing a forest fire from a stream with a low water level, and can sufficiently obtain the same by preventing the water tank from being frozen even in wintertime with a low temperature, thereby allowing a forest fire extinguishing helicopter to easily approach the fulley obtained firefighting water for extinguishing a forest fire. In particular, the forest fire extinguishing firefighting water tank of the present invention provides an effect of easily obtaining firefighting water even from a stream with a low water level, an effect of safely guiding a forest fire extinguishing helicopter by means of the guidance device and stably transporting firefighting water, an effect of preventing a water source from being frozen by forcible convection to upwardly move water at the lower portion of the water tank with a high temperature to the water surface in wintertime, and an effect of minimizing destruction of the ecosystem and obtaining the firefighting water anytime.
