According to the present invention, an IoT-based remote sleep management monitoring system (1) comprises: a smart pillow unit (10); a monitoring information collection unit (20); a data server unit (30); and an individual terminal unit (40). According to the present invention, the IoT-based remote sleep management monitoring system introduces a pillow for automatically correcting a posture in order to enable a user to maintain a correct sleeping posture such that there are no problems such as changes in pressure applied by a body during sleep, inaccurate body contact with a sensor, and generation of distorted biometric information, thereby collecting accurate bio-signals of the user and more accurately monitoring the health status of the user. In addition, the elderly, pregnant women, and guardians of patients with chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure can collect biometric information such as EEG, ECG, blood pressure, body temperature, and pulse of the user in real time by using a personal terminal such as a smartphone, thereby achieving continuous health management of the user.
