According to an embodiment of the present invention, an inquiry server for inquiring a shipping location comprises: a communication module for communication; a storage module for storage; and a control module for collecting shipping information including an address of a shipping destination of goods for the goods being shipped from a system of a shipping company shipping the goods through the communication module, storing the collected shipping information in the storage module by sorting the address of the shipping address as a kit value, searching shipping information including an address matching an address search word of the shipping information from the storage module when a shipping inquiry message including the address search word is received from a user device through the communication module, and controlling the searched shipping information to be transmitted to the user device through the communication module.
