The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a dental implant prosthesis using intraoral scanning for fabricating a dental implant prosthesis through intraoral scanning. The method for fabricating a dental implant prosthesis includes: a scan cap mounting step of covering a healing abutment fixed to a fixture with a scan cap; an intraoral scanning step of forming an oral scan file by 3D-scanning the scan cap and surroundings thereof; a fixing abutment modeling step of forming a fixing abutment modeling file in which the shape of a fixing abutment is 3D-modeled based on the oral scan file; a crown modeling step of forming a crown modeling file in which the shape of a crown is 3D-modeled based on the oral scan file and the fixing abutment modeling file; a fixing abutment production step of producing the fixing abutment based on the fixing abutment modeling file; and a crown production step of producing the crown based on the crown modeling file. The scan cap is provided with a coupling confirmation through hole for grasping whether the healing abutment is accurately covered with the scan cap, a height reference groove for grasping the height of protrusion of the healing abutment, and an arrow-shaped projection for grasping the direction and inclination angle of the healing abutment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
