The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a cloud data center using seawater and solar energies, and more specifically, to an air conditioning system for a cloud data center using seawater and solar energies using self-power, which supplies a required power for air conditioning by using power generated by using photovoltaic power generation, and in the case of a summer cooling load, fresh water heat-exchanged with low temperature seawater circulates in a supply duct to pre-cool and perform dehumidification by circulating below a dew point temperature, and in the case of a winter heating load, the fresh water heat-exchanged with high temperature seawater circulates in the supply duct to preheat and perform dehumidification.
