According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for measuring bruxism comprises: an ear insertion type body inserted into an ear; and a sensor unit fitted and coupled to the ear insertion type body in an earpiece form to be detachable and having a bending sensor sensing movement of a surface of external auditory meatus according to bruxism or teeth clenching and first and second signal lines for transmitting an event signal sensed in the bending sensor. A first contact line and a second contact line spaced apart from each other in an entrance direction in which the sensor unit is coupled to the ear insertion type body are formed at the front end of the ear insertion type body. The first signal line is electrically connected to the bending sensor and the first contact line. The second signal line is electrically connected to the bending sensor and the second contact line.
