The present invention relates to a TRO detector comprising: an enclosure; a sample cell installed in the enclosure, having an inflow and outflow system of ballast water of a ship, and mounted with a sensor for optically detecting residual chlorine in the ballast water of the ship; a storage unit for separately storing a DPD solution and a buffer solution to be supplied through a tube; and a pump installed on the tube to supply solutions passing through the tube to the sample cell by a predetermined amount. The pump includes: a solenoid actuator formed to provide magnetic force; a moving member formed to reciprocate by the solenoid actuator; a fastening guide formed to be fastened to one end of the solenoid actuator; a pusher having one end fixed to the moving member by passing through the fastening guide, and the other end formed to compress the tube, wherein the tube is positioned between the fastening guide and the other end of the pusher; and a tube guide fastened to an end of the fastening guide and guiding the tube to pass between the fastening guide and the pusher. According to the present invention, separation of a tube or a pump for repair or inspection is easy.
