Disclosed are a method for providing a diagnostic system using semi-supervised learning, and a system thereof. The method of providing a diagnostic system using semi-supervisory learning includes the steps of: receiving predetermined input data by a diagnostic system learned through a supervised learning-based neural network, and outputting a diagnostic result for the input data; generating, by the diagnostic system, automatic annotation learning data including the input data annotated with the diagnosis resu and performing a re-learning process using the automatic annotation learning data generated by the diagnostic system.
