The present invention relates to a field for tracking a users daily activity parameters. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for providing recommendations for maintaining a healthy life style based on daily activity parameters of a user automatically tracked in real-time, and a system thereof. The method for providing recommendations for maintaining the healthy life style based on daily activity parameters of the user automatically tracked in real-time comprises: a step of automatically measuring daily activity parameters of the user including an activity period of a body, change in a blood sugar level, and food intake data; a step of configuring a physiological model based on the measured change in the blood sugar level of the user in order to determine an individual reaction of the user with respect to food intake; a step of training a machine learning algorithm to estimate the daily activity of the user based on a defined user profile including a measured parameter of the daily activity of the user, the determined individual reaction of the user, and a gender, age, height, and weight of the user; a step of generating recommendations for maintaining a healthy life style of the user based on the received estimation value of the daily activity as a result using the machine learning algorithm; and a step of displaying the generated recommendations to the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
