The present invention relates to a heat storage combustion and oxidation treatment apparatus in which a (2n+1) number of heat storage chambers are partitioned inside a heat storage unit casing, each heat storage chamber is filled with an air-permeable heat storage material inserted therein, and a combustion chamber casing for providing a combustion chamber is assembled to an upper end of the heat storage unit casing. A wind box is assembled to a lower end of the heat storage unit casing, wherein a blast pipe for a harmful gas passing through each heat storage chamber, an exhaust pipe for a clean gas passing through the heat storage material, and a purge pipe for removing remaining air are connected to the wind box. Automatic opening and closing valve devices for alternately repeating the inflow of the harmful gas, the discharge of the clean gas, and the supply of purge air in each heat storage chamber are provided on the blast pipe, the exhaust pipe, and the purge pipe. More specifically, the present invention relates to an entry-level heat storage combustion and oxidation treatment apparatus which operates in a reasonable and economical method as the wind box and the heat storage unit casing are manufactured in a quadrangular tank shape, the (2n+1) spaces partitioned therein are disposed in a lateral direction by using partitions, the blast pipe and the exhaust pipe are respectively connected to the front entrance side and the rear exit side of the wind box to be allocated to the (2n+1) spaces one on one, and the purge pipe is connected to each exit side of the blast pipe, so that the apparatus can be manufactured, installed, and maintained very easily and quickly compared to a conventional apparatus in which a blast pipe, an exhaust pipe, and a purge pipe were disposed together with a valve device below the bottom surface of a cylindrical heat storage combustion chamber, and can maintain the efficiency of treatment of the harmful gas to be at the same level as that in the conventional apparatus.
