The present invention relates to a remedial wheelchair, which enables a user to perform a remedial exercise in a state of seating on the wheelchair regardless of specific places in case of the remedial exercise of legs or arms. The wheelchair comprises a pair of footholds connected to vertical frames having front wheels to face the front, wherein each of the footholds includes: a connector connected to the vertical frame; a rotary driving body provided on a front end of the connector; an arm of which one end is connected to the rotary driving body; and a power transmitting part connected to the other end of the arm.
