The present invention relates to a jig for measuring the internal pressure of a cylindrical battery cell, which comprises: a lower jig having a shape corresponding to the cylindrical battery cell and including a reception groove detachably inserting the cylindrical battery cell thereinto and a temperature measurement unit; and an upper jig which has a pressure measurement unit discharging gas inside the cylindrical battery cell and measuring the pressure of the discharged gas, and is detachably coupled to the lower jig to close an opening part of the reception groove. According to the present invention, the jig for measuring the internal pressure places a gas discharge guide part and a pressure sensor in the same space and installs the temperature measurement unit coming in contact with the loaded cylindrical battery cell, thereby measuring the correct internal pressure of the cylindrical battery cell through internal pressure correction in accordance with a temperature change.
