The present invention relates to an apparatus for climate modeling using external script execution process optimization, and a method thereof, which can efficiently control and optimize a numerical value calculation modeling or statistics-related program manufactured by using a script programming language. The apparatus comprises: a climate modeling process execution unit which has each script code and executes the climate modeling process for data source download, observation data upload, detailing, evaluation of past representation of original and detailed data, and evaluation of future uncertainty; and an external script execution process optimization unit which spawns, when the climate modeling process is executed by the climate modeling process execution unit, each separate script process in advance in accordance with each script language, converts each script process into a standby state, executes the process, and then converts the script process back into the standby state, thereby reducing the calculation time.
