The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ultraviolet sensor using an optical fiber end coated with an azobenzene polymer, an ultraviolet measurement system including the ultraviolet sensor using the optical fiber end coated with the azobenzene polymer, and a method for measuring ultraviolet using the same. The method for manufacturing the ultraviolet sensor using the optical fiber end coated with the azobenzene polymer includes the steps of: manufacturing an azobenzene polymer solution; polishing to flatten one end of a ferrule; applying the manufactured azobenzene polymer solution to the flat end of the polished ferrule; coating a ferrule coated with the azobenzene polymer solution; and fusing the other end of the coated ferrule to one end of the optical fiber.
