The present invention relates to an aquaculture system of a paddy field by using tilapia. The present invention stimulates rice roots and supplies oxygen by allowing tilapia, a tropical fresh water fish, to live in a paddy field, is capable of eco-friendly rice farming, such as inhibiting weed growth and eating harmful pests, and facilitates the raising and gathering of tilapia. The present invention comprises: a waterway built in the corner of one side of a paddy field; a waterway bottom surface having an inclined wall surface gradually inclined at a boundary line between the waterway and farmland; an injection water supply unit installed on one side of the farmland to supply water to the farmland; and an overflow type discharge port installed on the other side of the farmland to prevent the water of the farmland from rising above a certain level.
