Disclosed is a nanofibrous membrane for the diagnosis of urinary tract infection, including irregularly arranged nanofibers, wherein the nanofibers include a first nanofiber comprising a first reagent and a second nanofiber comprising a second reagent, wherein the first reagent produces a hydrolyzed compound by leukocyte esterase, and the second reagent reacts with the hydrolyzed compound to show a color indicating the presence of leukocyte esterase.
