The present invention relates to an electrochromic material, to an electrochromic device comprising the same, and to a display device comprising the same. The electrochromic device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrochromic layer on a first electrode; an electrolyte layer on the electrochromic layer; a counter electrode on the electrolyte layer; and a second electrode on the counter electrode, wherein the electrochromic layer comprises the electrochromic material represented by chemical formula 5.
