The present invention relates to a conductive polymer composite for bonding a flexible substrate, which comprises: a polymer adhesive including a curable polymer and a curing agent; and a conductive filler including a metal and a carbon material dispersed in the polymer adhesive. The conductive polymer composite is not only suitable for human body application, but also very high utility by being applied to irregularly curved objects other than the human body, prevents the reduction of conductivity or the breakdown of conductivity according to the external stress by improving the adhesion on the flexible substrate of the conductive polymer composite, and improves flexibility and elasticity.
