The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and health-aid food including pollen of Quercus acutissima Carr. as an active ingredient for preventing or treating thrombosis. Particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and health-aid food including ethanol extract of pollen of Quercus acutissima Carr., ethyl acetate fraction thereof, butanol fraction thereof, residue in water after fractionation with an organic solvent, or a mixture thereof, as an active ingredient for preventing, treating/alleviating thrombosis through inhibition of blood coagulation and inhibition of platelet aggregation. The extract of pollen of Quercus acutissima Carr. as an active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition and health-aid food for preventing or treating thrombosis inhibits thrombogenesis-related enzymes and blood coagulation factors and also inhibits platelet aggregation functioning to initiate thrombogenesis, thereby providing strong anti-thrombotic activity. In addition, the extract of pollen of Quercus acutissima Carr. shows no hemolysis to human red blood cells, has excellent heat stability and causes no loss of the effect of inhibiting blood coagulation factors and thrombogenesis-related enzymes, and thus is expected to be used to prevent and treat thrombosis, such as ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke, by improving blood circulation, even under an acidic condition of pH 2 and in the plasma. The active ingredient can be processed into various shapes, such as extract, powder, pills and tablets, and prepared into forms that can be administered at all times. Therefore, the present invention is useful in the field of pharmaceutical and food industries.
