The present invention provides a module for using a parking assist sensor (PAS) or a smart parking assist system (SPAS) provided in a vehicle for sound wave communication. The module includes a signal generator for generating a voltage signal having a preset frequency, a voltage amplification unit that amplifies the voltage signal and transmits the voltage signal to a parking assist sensor or smart parking assist system, and a control unit for controlling the generation of the voltage signal, wherein the parking assist sensor or a smart parking assist system provides a module that outputs the voltage signal as a sound wave signal by a module. According to the present invention, it is possible to open and close the vehicle using sound wave communication based on the existing parking assist sensor (PAS) or smart parking assist system (SPAS), and maximize security to prevent the communication system to being hacked compared to a communication system using radio wave communication. In addition, the present invention can be easily applied to an existing vehicle to significantly reduce costs.
