The present invention relates to a system for generating and providing virtual reality for job experience, which maps an object in a user experience space and virtual contents to generate and provide virtual reality for performing a job experience process. In particular, the system for generating and providing virtual reality for job experience, which provides a job experience space for a user through virtual reality, comprises: a head mount display (HMD) which is composed of a recognition module to acquire a reality image in an experience space including an object which is a real structure within a user experience environment, and outputs and displays virtual reality generated to the user; a virtual reality generating unit which generates virtual reality by matching the reality image inputted by the recognition module with virtual contents which are stored; and a database in which the virtual contents are stored for constructing virtual reality. Here, the virtual reality generating unit generates virtual reality by selecting the virtual contents in accordance with the age characteristics of the user. Therefore, in the present invention, when virtual reality is provided for job experience, virtual reality, to which contents suitable to the user in accordance with the age of the user are applied, is provided such that users of various ages may use the job experience service, while preventing damage to the emotional education of the user.
