The present invention relates to a microbial fuel cell system integrated with a substrate cycle and electric interface structure, and more particularly, the present invention includes: a microbial fuel cell that decomposes organic materials in waste water introduced from the outside and produces electric energy in a process of decomposing the organic materials; and a socket part including a pipeline used to supply or discharge a substrate and water to or from the microbial fuel cell and a power cable that delivers the electric energy produced from the microbial fuel cell to the outside therein and coupled to the microbial fuel cell. In this way, in the microbial fuel cell system integrated with a substrate cycle and electricity interface structure according to the present invention, various pipelines and cables used in the microbial fuel cell are included in the interior of one socket whereby the microbial fuel cell and the plurality of pipelines and cables can be promptly connected through only coupling of the microbial fuel cell and the socket. Further, in the microbial fuel cell system integrated with a substrate cycle and electricity interface structure according to the present invention, because all the pipelines and cables used in the microbial fuel cell are included in the interior of one socket, time and efforts consumed for management can be remarkably reduced by efficiently managing the pipelines and cables as a whole.
