The present invention relates to tenoderasin-1 peptide derived from Tenodera sinensis, and an antimicrobial, antimycotic, or anti-inflammatory composition comprising the same as an effective component. The tenoderasin-1 peptide according to the present invention has excellent antimicrobial or antimycotic effects against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli O157, Candida albicans, and the like, is capable of inhibiting the secretion of nitric oxide (NO), and is capable of suppressing the expression of IL-6, IL-1β, iNOS, COX-2, and the like, thereby being easily usable as a therapeutic agent for various inflammatory diseases.
