The present invention provides a method of measuring muscle fatigue by using values of oxyhemoglobin (HbO_2) and reduced hemoglobin (HHb or HbR) measured in a muscle by multi-channel near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), and a device for distribution map (or depth map) visualization (expression) and fatigue measurement for each muscle portion by correlation analysis with a median frequency (MDF) of an electromyogram capable of measuring muscle fatigue. According to the present invention, the measurement method for muscle fatigue using multi-channel near-infrared spectroscopy comprises: a procedure of attaching a sensor patch having a channel consisting of a plurality of light source-detector pairs to the skin of a muscle portion for muscle fatigue measurement; a procedure of performing measurement by near-infrared spectroscopy on a multi-channel signal obtained from the sensor patch to acquire measurement data for each channel; and a procedure of measuring muscle fatigue by using values of oxyhemoglobin (HbO_2) and reduced hemoglobin (HbR) from the acquired measurement data for each channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
