An object of the present invention is to provide a low resistance flexible wiring having a fine pattern and a flexible element including the same and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the initial resistance before stretching is low and the resistance change after stretching is minimized. The flexible element may include a flexible substrate, a flexible wiring including a double layer of a nanowire layer and a nanoparticle layer, and an overcoating layer covering the nanowire layer and the nanoparticle layer. In this case, the nanowire layer can minimize the disconnection of the wiring, and the nanoparticle layer can thicken the overall thickness of the wiring, thereby reducing the initial resistance of the wiring. In addition, the flexible wiring may be formed by a photolithography process, thereby forming a fine pattern.
