This technology discloses an ECG diagnostic system using a clothing button sensor. According to a specific example of the present technology, noise and surges of the detected ECG signal are removed from the ECG sensor operated when the button is locked, and then amplified, converted into amplified ECG data into a voltage form, and then converted into a digital form to convert the ECG data. As the generated and generated ECG data is transmitted to a mobile terminal through a communication network, it is easy to obtain ECG data, and thus, real-time diagnosis of heart disease is possible.
