In the present embodiments, an ion exchange membrane is attached to a channel having fine pores along the direction of movement of the analyte to control the analyte movement speed, and by placing the detector in the vicinity of the ion exchange membrane, the analyte is highly concentrated and analyzed without applying an electric field. A sample concentration and separation device for separating water is provided.
