The present invention relates to a sustained-release injection preparation consisting of biodegradable polymer microspheres containing deslorelin as an active ingredient and a method for preparing the same, while the sustained-release microsphere injections containing deslorelin according to the present invention has good administration ability. With one administration, the deslorelin drug can be maintained at an effective concentration for 6 months without rapid transient release in the animal's blood.
