The present invention relates to nanoparticles for the selective killing of cancer cells through fertosis and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, hydrogel and iron particles having cancer cell target directivity are combined with each other to form aggregated nanoparticles. Nanoparticles are expected to be able to show a high therapeutic effect with low side effects because they selectively accumulate inside cancer cells and show effective cancer cell killing effects through fertosis.
