The present invention relates to an organic compound in which a condensed hetero aromatic moiety having p-type properties and an aza-acridine moiety having n-type properties are connected through an aromatic linking group. The organic compound according to the present invention has a relatively high energy level because it contains a plurality of condensed heteroaromatic rings. It has bipolar properties, so that holes and electrons can be recombined in a balanced manner in the light emitting material layer. By introducing the organic compound of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture and implement an organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device with improved luminous efficiency and device life.
