BS0311 Mutant microalgae Aurantiochytrium sp. BS0311 strain having high productivity of antioxidant pigment and bio-oil and uses thereof

The present invention relates to a mutant strain BS0311 of the genus Oriothiochitrium that produces high amounts of antioxidant pigments and bio-oils and uses thereof. More specifically, it relates to a mutant strain BS0311 of the genus Oranthiochitrium, a method for producing antioxidant pigments and bio oils using the same, a pure culture medium thereof, and biomass thereof. The novel mutant strain BS0311 of the present invention is effective because it is capable of producing large amounts of bio-oil and astaxanthin, which are excellent in anti-inflammatory effects.
