pH pH pH-sensing membrane containing encapsulated dyes and pH sensor using the same

摘要

The dye was encapsulated to prepare a pH-sensing film fixed to the polymer film, and exhibited high stability and good selectivity while simultaneously showing a change in fluorescence wavelength as well as a visual color according to the pH change. The pH sensing membrane can be applied to pH measurement of neutral and basic solutions in real urine samples and fermentation substrates, and can extend its application range from biotechnology to real-time imaging and monitoring of extracellular pH.
