Method and composition for non-myeloablative bone marrow reconstruction

This application relates to methods and compositions for performing bone marrow transplantation using non-myeloablative chemotherapeutic agents and chemotherapy resistant cells. The bone marrow of a patient can be reconstructed using the methods and compositions described herein and the patient avoids adverse side effects and/or immune system damage, including bone marrow removal.
