The present invention relates to a composition for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth comprising a mixed extract of cucumber, eggplant and snail as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present invention comprises a mixed extract of cucumber, eggplant and snail as an active ingredient, HGF, keratinocytes, which is a hepatocyte growth factor in dermal papilla cells known to play an essential role in inducing new pores and maintaining hair growth.
