Systems and methods for inducible and conditional CRISPR/Cas9 and RNAi are provided in this document. From the efficiency of animal model generation and CRISPR-based targeting, the present invention consists in developing an RNAi model that enables inducible and reversible gene suppression to simulate new therapeutic regimens.
