The present invention relates to smokeless boneless chicken feet and a manufacturing method thereof. In the present invention, the boneless chicken feet 10 are cooked using steam and smoked at a temperature at which protein denaturation is minimized after a drying process to remove moisture. In this way, smoking without protein denaturation masks the peculiar smell of chicken feet, while preventing the formation of a film on the surface of the boneless chicken feet 10 or drying the tip of the toes to maximize the texture of the chicken feet.
