An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a supercapacitor by 3D printing an electrode ink to which a dispersant is added. In the method of manufacturing a supercapacitor by 3D printing the electrode ink to which the dispersant is added, first, in order to adjust the width of the electrode ink output on the substrate on which the supercapacitor is to be formed, the distance between the ink discharge part of the 3D printer and the substrate , Process conditions including a discharge pressure of the electrode ink and a moving speed of the ink discharge unit are adjusted. Thereafter, the electrode ink is discharged on the substrate in a width of 60 to 280 µm according to the controlled process conditions, and the anode and the cathode of the supercapacitor are formed so as to be spaced apart from each other.
