The present invention is a chemotherapy dosage method comprising the administration of [6R]-5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolate (6R-MTHF), 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), bevacizumab, and oxaliplatin. And a method of treating a patient diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer. The method reduces disease progression and provides an improved overall response rate compared to standard treatment with other folates such as folinic acid.
