In the present invention, the water mist sprayed from the dry mist spray nozzle is sprayed with a straight forward motion to become a dry mist of fine particles, thereby allowing the water mist to heat exchange (evaporate) in the air, thereby lowering the surrounding temperature. It provides an urban fog spray cooling system that can implement the function of removing fine dust contained in the surrounding air and elements harmful to the human body or repelling insects.
