The present invention relates to a method for regulating angiogenesis-related cytokines of stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles using the mechanical strength of a hydrogel, and specifically, the step of encapsulating stem cells inside a three-dimensional polymer cell scaffold with controlled mechanical strength. It relates to a method for regulating angiogenesis-related cytokines of stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles, including stem cells encapsulated and cultured inside a three-dimensional polymer cell scaffold with controlled mechanical strength, and extracellular vesicles derived from the stem cells. The present invention has shown the possibility of producing extracellular vesicles composed of target therapeutic factors through a simple and safe method of controlling the mechanical strength of a hydrogel without chemical factors or cell transfection.
