The present invention relates to a microscaffold and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the microscaffold includes a porous polymer scaffold, magnetic nanoparticles bonded to the porous polymer scaffold surface, and a growth factor trapped in the porous polymer scaffold. By including it, it is possible to drive tissue targeting in vivo and induce differentiation of undifferentiated stem cells in the body without invasive procedures, so it can be usefully used for tissue regeneration.
