The present invention relates to a food composition comprising palmyra palm, ginseng, and artichoke as active ingredients and a method for producing the same. The food composition prepared according to the present invention effectively expresses the effective content of ginsenosides Rg3, Rg5, and Rk1, which are excellent in pharmacological activities such as anticancer activity, without damaging the fine roots of ginseng, even though fresh ginseng is used as a raw material. It contains a large amount of medicinal ingredients (antioxidants, minerals, etc.) in artichoke and palm tree sap to obtain an effect that contributes to health promotion.
