The present invention relates to a minimally invasive surgical instrument for spine surgery and, more specifically, to a minimally invasive surgical instrument for spine surgery, which applies movement of an end range of the instrument in real time in accordance with an anatomic position to precisely treat the periphery of a disc. According to the present invention, the minimally invasive surgical instrument for spine surgery comprises: a hollow support unit with a predetermined length; a tip unit disposed on the front side of the support unit on a straight line with the support unit and having an acute tip; a hinge unit disposed between the support unit and the tip unit to hinge-couple the support unit and the tip unit; and a case made of a flexible material to surround the remaining portion except the support unit and the acute tip of the tip unit, and the outside of the hinge unit. A first wire made of a flexible member is embedded in the support unit, one end of the first wire is connected to the tip unit, and the other end of the first wire is exposed to the outside of the support unit. When the first wire exposed to the outside of the support unit is pulled, the tip unit is rotated by a predetermined angle.
